Now the assembler and loader have both been converted back to MADS syntax, and you can use them to rebuild each other from source.

Move the assembler to tass/assembler 0fe8d47da2

Checkpoint: assembler assemblers itself 2fbaa9277b

The 64tass-built version of the assembler can now assembler the MADS-syntax
version of itself, but the self-built assembler doesn't work.

It's not yet clear whether the problem with the backported assembler is
with the source, with the tass-built assembler, or with the loader.

Fix the bug in the loader: now the tools self-host. de6b3d4043
