Can we even afford any of these?

Effects:

delays, multitap delays, "BBD" delays (feedback w/svf+sat)
algorithmic reverb
chorus, flanging, phasing (own LFO)
tremolo (don't need unless we want whole-voice or whole-channel tremolo, or if we want it to own its own LFO)
pitch shift?
overdrive/saturation?
convolution effects?

Dedicated DSP for this?

Should the voice's layer mixer have onboard effects, with per-layer sends? Should the patch's voice mixer have onboard effects? Should the instrument's multitimbral mixer have onboard effects? Per channel? Global, with per-channel sends? Can we even afford any of these? Effects: - delays, multitap delays, "BBD" delays (feedback w/svf+sat) - algorithmic reverb - chorus, flanging, phasing (own LFO) - tremolo (don't need unless we want whole-voice or whole-channel tremolo, or if we want it to own its own LFO) - pitch shift? - overdrive/saturation? - convolution effects? My expectations (not including the "can we afford" part):

the voice's layer mixer may not need per-layer effects.
