What's wrong with it? The base wave sounds nothing like a throat; not bright enough, not grumbly enough, not growly enough (thought: ~15Hz S&H, not very smoothed to the pitch lane at a depth of ±10 cents or so. The formant modulations aren't prominent enough.

The pitch should also have a rising envelope so the carrier scoops up to the pitch from approx a fifth below, and sinks again at release time.
